Equality policies:
Sitges Outdoor applies gender equality policies and takes a stand as a strong defender of equality and non- discrimination rights based on sex.
Community outreach actions: We conduct awareness-raising campaigns.

Campaign with the International Paralympic Committee.
Esteve Barrachina School 2008.
Reforestation: diverse company actions, more than 10,000 trees planted in the Garraf Park (Nature Park Network).
Collaboration for Bicycle Synthesis Credit for high schools in Sitges.
Collaboration with the Barcelona Provincial Council for the use of bicycles.
Non-profit camping for Vallpineda summer camps.
Cleaning of beaches, forests, streams, etc.
We currently have an active campaign called “Sitges Espacio Cardioprotegido” (Sitges Cardio-protected Space). We invite each of our clients to donate a defibrillator to the population of Sitges, a “tangible footprint”.
Other policies:
As an activity company we offer specific CSR actions for our clients. Here at Sitges Outdoor we propose collaborating and/or participating in programs focused on improving and guaranteeing environmental and social values. Teambuilding activities that aim to ensure that teamwork has a social or environmental impact in a direct way.
At Sitges Outdoor we avoid the use of plastics and encourage their reduction. We efficiently manage the use of water and energy during specific activities.
We respect all spaces and are committed to respecting the environment. We always leave the area of action better than it was.
