The MiM Hotel Sitges is located in the center of town, conveniently close to the old town and just 50 m from the Sitges’ Passeig Marítim seafront promenade.

4* Superior Hotel built in 2013, now managed by the Majestic Hotel Group and owned by Leo Messi. The hotel is an icon of sustainable architecture and environmental commitment, and was the first hotel in Europe to receive the LEED Platinum certification, a distinction that regulates the status of a sustainable building and which is awarded by the US Green Building Council.

TAll of these measures have earned the hotel LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). LEED is a sustainable building certification system developed by the US Green Building Council. First introduced in 1993, it now includes certified buildings in more than 30 countries. Among them is the Hotel MiM Sitges, which became the first hotel in Europe to receive the certification at its highest level, LEED Platinum.
