Following an investment of 15 million euros, Dolce Sitges has now become a new, more stimulating hotel where every corner and every single detail is an experience to be enjoyed and shared.
During the hotel’s metamorphosis, the appearance of our rooms has been upgraded, transforming the accommodation experience and focusing on aspects such as comfort and technology.
During the transformation, a special character has also been given to the hotel’s garden areas. Now the 1,348 m2 Verema Gardens have an elegant wooden terrace that blends in perfectly with the surroundings and offers impressive views of Sitges’ bay. An ideal outdoor setting for a cocktail party, a coffee break or a teambuilding activity.
The restaurants are now dynamic spaces that allow diners to merge with their surroundings through their palates. The Verema Restaurant’s new proposal is a Cooking Show area for breakfast, ideal for gastronomic activities.
The remodeling of its different spaces and rooms is in addition to the work completed previously in its meeting rooms. Three of its independent rooms have been converted into a single partitionable room with seating capacity for up to 360 people. The new Mediterrani conference room, with a surface area of 440 m2, is a versatile space made up of three partitionable rooms, the Syrah, Parellada and Samsó rooms, which can be used together or separately, depending on the organizers’ needs. The room has highly functional décor and natural daylight, thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows.
