Sitges CB organizes with Casa Bacardí Sitges, a hybrid event to share the Sitges experience with 44 professionals from the MICE sector.

On March 19th, the Sitges CB shared the Sitges experience and Casa Bacardí’s “Virtual Mixology” with 44 specialized professionals from Barcelona’s MICE sector. The commercial action consisted of a presentation of Sitges and its range of services for hosting meetings and a cocktail workshop organized by Casa Bacardí. The objective of this event is to promote Sitges as a MICE destination, to encourage the procurement of services and also to thank the professionals who have prioritized our destination for their loyalty, offering it to their clients as a prime destination for hosting congresses, conventions, conferences and Incentive trips. Sitges has consolidated its position as the favorite destination for meeting and convention organizers in Catalonia second only to Barcelona.

This hybrid event made it possible to connect, from Casa Bacardí, with 44 professionals from 37 of Barcelona’s main meeting and event planning agencies. For the presentation of the destination’s global MICE services, the Sitges CB was joined by representatives from the private sector who are members of its Executive Committee.

The participants experienced the destination from their offices and participated in Casa Bacardi’s “Virtual Mixology Class”. The online workshop is a team building activity designed to learn how to prepare delicious rum-based cocktails, with interaction between the participants and Casa Bacardi’s bartenders.
