Equality policies
Equitable hiring for minorities and groups at risk of social exclusion in the activities conducted by the Hospital, the CIM and catering (Medirest).
Community outreach actions
Tourists are relocated from the center to the Poble Sec neighborhood, a less tourism-oriented area of the town. They also collaborate with the Sitges Town Council in the planning of important events for the town. They are present at most of the festivities and official events in Sitges.
Social actions
Direct social action, all revenue has an impact on our nursing home, public squares, the soup kitchen, the day care center, etc.
Non-use/reduction of disposable plàstics
Biodegradable materials such as cardboard are used for any activity requiring disposable containers.
Recycling and waste
Integration of waste with the selection of the nursing home’s waste.
Responsible water use management
No large quantities of water are used for any of their activities.
Cultural preservation and promotion
Refurbished 18th century site, vineyards thanks to the Llopis Legacy since 1935, buildings from the early 20th century (1912 and 1915 respectively). They work to preserve Sitges’ wine culture in all theiractivities.
Consumption of goods from local producers, healthy foods
Local goods and products are used during visits that require food, such as the “A Sea of Malvasia” activity for which we have an agreement with the Fishermen’s Association.

ECO Label (CCPAE) for their commitment to the Malvasia vineyards.
